ML/W led the Design & Real estate development process for the restoration & repositioning of Cadillac’s 1920 flagship showroom by Albert Kahn, a historic landmark building in downtown Detroit, MI. while at wework, ML/W's Scope included Pro forma validation, Due Diligence, Programming, Design, rfp leveling/award, Consultant management, building permits, historic approvals, Construction oversight, marketing collateral, tenant customizations, and operations handover In addition to WeWork internal design team oversight and stakeholder management.

ML/W led the design & development for the exterior wall system of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill's (SOM) award winning development in Guangzhou, China. Full project scope included Feasibility, site planning, building design, facade ideation, solar analysis, panel optimization, & technical drawings for tender/construction. ML/W Worked with the internal SOM team on all aspects of the project - from client approvals through construction administration.

ML/W provided construction administration services and technical design oversight for the towers & podium of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill's (SOM) project for Vladislav Doronin's Miami-based oko group. the OKO South Tower is currently the largest skyscraper in Moscow and the tallest residential tower in Europe.
