Project Description:

OKO Towers in Moscow, Russia consist of an 85-story skyscraper and a 49-story office tower connected by a 7-story transparent crystalline podium. The project for Vladislav Doronin's OKO group includes the largest skyscraper in Moscow and the tallest residential tower in Europe. Scope included post-bid design revisions, building geometry/façade optimization, value engineering, RFI response, & construction detailing.
