Project Description:
The Cadillac Building is a Real Estate Development project and repositioning of a historic landmark building in downtown Detroit, MI. The original building was designed as Cadillac’s 1920 flagship showroom by Albert Kahn and was in disrepair at the time of possession. Scope included Pro forma validation, Programming, Design, Construction Documentation, Entitlements, and Construction of the lobbies, iconic 2nd Floor Showroom, and 3 floors of converted workspace.
