Project Description:

The Cadillac Building is a Real Estate Development project and repositioning of a historic landmark building in downtown Detroit, MI. The original building was designed as Cadillac’s 1920 flagship showroom by Albert Kahn and was in disrepair at the time of possession. ML/W scope included Pro forma validation, Programming, Design, Construction Documentation, Entitlements, and Construction of the lobbies, iconic 2nd Floor Showroom, and 3 floors of converted workspace.
